"EKOTOI-SERVICE" Ltd., UIC 102878955, with registered office and management address. 15 BANSKO SHOSE Str., hereinafter referred to as "EKOTOI" respects the privacy of its customers and guarantees to the maximum extent the protection of their personal data processed during and in connection with the delivery and comprehensive servicing of MOBILE AND STATIONARY SATELLITE SYSTEMS; RENTAL AND SALE OF: MOBILE SECURITY AND PERMANENT METAL FENCING SYSTEMS, CONTAINERS AND OFFICE FURNITURE; SLUDGE PUMPING AND TRANSPORTATION OF SEWAGE, DOMESTIC AND CONSTRUCTION WASTE. This Privacy Policy is based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("Regulation (EU) 2016/679").
EKOTOI, as a socially responsible data controller, respects the rights and legitimate interests of data subjects in relation to the processing of data, recognising and accepting that the Processing of Personal Data should be designed to serve humanity. The right to the protection of personal data is not an absolute right but must be considered in relation to its function in society and balanced with other fundamental rights in accordance with the principle of proportionality. This privacy policy respects all fundamental rights and observes the freedoms and principles recognised by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Regulation.
Any amendments to the Privacy Policy will be implemented once its current content is published, and will be available in the Company's and its partners' outlets. The Privacy Policy is applicable to your personal data if you are an individual or a representative of a legal entity that uses or wishes to use the goods or services provided by EKOTOI, including those offered online through a dedicated platform or mobile application;

2.1. Depending on the specific purposes and grounds, EKOTOI processes the following data individually or in combination with each other:
A) Data provided by you, necessary for the identification and performance of the contractual obligations of EKOTOI and the customer:
- three names, personal identification number or alien identification number, address, telephone number and/or e-mail address for contacting you or a contact person designated by you;
- three names, ID number and reg. number of the power of attorney of your attorney as stated in the document by which you have authorized him/her to represent you before EKOTOI;
- details of your identity document;
- data collected when payment is made to EKOTOI - bank information collected when payment is made to EKOTOI;
- details of the services you have used from the EKOTOI portfolio;
B) Data prepared and generated by EKOTOI in the process of providing the services:
- Geographical data concerning the provision of the services and the delivery of the goods;
- video surveillance during visits to EKOTOI's stores, warehouses, offices and/or head office, made with video surveillance equipment to ensure safety and social security and to ensure undisturbed service to visitors to EKOTOI's outlets;
- when visiting our website www.ekotoi.bg:
- Google Inc's statistics code - google analytics processes your personal data in accordance with Google Inc's privacy policy found at policies.google.com/privacy;
- the Yandex statistics code processes your personal data in accordance with the Yandex Metrica privacy policy, hosted at metrica.yandex.com/about/info/privacy-policy;
- information about the type and content of the contractual relationship and any other information related to the contractual relationship, emails, letters, information about your troubleshooting requests, complaints, requests, grievances and other feedback we receive from you;
- details of your preferred services.
2.2. Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data:
A) Processing of the data that is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract for the supply of goods or performance of services. EKOTOI processes your data for the following purposes:
- Customer identification for: conclusion, modification and termination of a contract for services or delivery of goods; fulfillment of requests for information on consumption; clarification of services used and delivery of goods, payment of bills and addressing a complaint/appeal. Customer identification is carried out through all commercial and communication channels - point of sale, online platform, distance selling, outlets and telephone operators, service representatives and distributors, electronic contact form;
- Updating your personal data or information about the services used or goods supplied at your request for correction/amendment of data/services or goods supplied;
- Volume and type of customer usage, following your request/complaint/challenge or to protect customers and EKOTOI from fraud and abuse by third parties; Goods or services delivered and to be delivered; Invoice value. Clarification of invoices/monthly charges and provision of statements of services used and terminated and goods supplied;
- Preparation of proposals for distance and off-premise contracts, cancellation service;
- Handling and responding to customer complaints/queries/complaints; Adjustments to amounts due where warranted;
- Technical support and troubleshooting of breakdowns and any technical issues related to equipment - on site or via remote communication means.;
- Payment of bills, rescheduling, remission, deferment of amounts due;
- Verification of technical capability to provide service;
- Warranty and service of the equipment;
- Ensuring the protection and security of EKOTOI's computer and branch network;
B) In compliance with its legal obligations, EKOTOI processes your data for the following purposes:
- Issuing invoices, preparing a detailed statement of consumption of the Services and the goods supplied;
- Providing assistance to the state institutions in tax control.
- Provision of information about the customer and the services used or goods supplied by the customer in response to an enquiry/request/inspection by a competent authority;
- Management of consents granted;
- Coordination of sketches and designs prior to project implementation;
- Provision of information to the Consumer Protection Commission and the Data Protection Commission in connection with the fulfilment of obligations arising from the relevant regulations;
- Providing information to the court and third parties in proceedings;
- To certify age in the event that such is required by law.
- Sale of receivables from customers; provision of information about the assignee's debt - contracts, minutes, monthly bills/invoices;
- References to debts sold under assignment agreements for the purpose of confirming assignment of receivables;
C) EKOTOI also processes your data for the purposes of the following legitimate interests of ours:
- Improving the quality of the goods and services provided by the enterprise.
- Processing your account/invoice data for other purposes compatible with the original purpose for collecting it and providing both a reliable analysis of our products and services and an assessment of their usefulness for consumer demand.
- Preparation and storage of statistical information and reports in aggregate form - EKOTOI performs the above analysis in order to develop and improve its product range of goods and services and to improve customer service;
- Calculating the number of customers consuming specific goods or services;
D) EKOTOI shall process the relevant data provided with the customer's consent to their processing for the following purposes:
- For participation in games and raffles organized by EKOTOI.
- To receive and/or provide information/offers/periodical newsletter about products and services if you have consented to receive such information.
- To periodically receive an informative e-newsletter compiled by the enterprise.
- CCTV surveillance of EKOTOI premises to ensure safety, social security and prevent abuse.
3.1. Personal data processors who, on the basis of a contract with EKOTOI, process your personal data on behalf of EKOTOI or have direct/indirect access to your personal data
- Persons who, on behalf of EKOTOI, maintain equipment and software used to process your personal data;
- Persons providing service support for the goods and services provided;
- Agencies collecting unpaid customer debts on behalf of EKOTOI.
- Persons performing installation and/or maintenance activities at the address for the provision of the service or delivery of the goods;
- Banks handling payments made by you;

3.2. Other personal data controllers to whom EKOTOI provides your personal data, processing your data on their own basis and on their own behalf Assignees - party to assignment agreements, whereby EKOTOI transfers (sells) your outstanding obligations; Competent authorities who, by virtue of a legal act, have the power to require EKOTOI to provide information, including personal data, such as - Bulgarian court or court of another country, various supervisory/regulatory authorities - Commission for Consumer Protection, Commission for Personal Data Protection, etc.
3.3. Joint data controllers who together with EKOTOI determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data;
The duration of storage of your personal data depends on the purposes of the processing for which it was collected:
4.1 Personal data processed for the purpose of conclusion and performance of a contract for the provision of a Service, delivery of goods shall be stored for the duration of the contract, as well as six months after the final settlement of all financial relations between the parties;
4.2 Personal data processed for the purpose of issuing accounting/financial documents for tax control, such as, but not limited to, invoices, debit notes, credit notes, acceptance reports, etc., shall be kept for at least 5 /five/ years after the expiry of the limitation period for the repayment of the public claim, unless a longer period is provided for by applicable law.
4.3 EKOTOI may store some of your personal data for a longer period until the expiration of the relevant statute of limitations in order to protect against any claims of customers in connection with the performance/termination of a contract for the provision of services, as well as for a longer period in the event of a legal dispute that has already arisen in connection with the foregoing until its final resolution by a final court / arbitration decision.
4.4 A picture (Video Recording) shall be stored until the disk space of the recording device is exhausted, but no longer than 30 /thirty/ days from the creation of the recording.
You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
5.1. to obtain access to your personal data and information of the type we have included in this Privacy Policy in respect of that data. You may request information from EKOTOI as to whether and for what purposes we process your personal data;
5.2. request that your personal data be corrected where it is inaccurate or needs to be completed for the purposes of processing;
5.3. request that your personal data be erased only in any of the following cases:
they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
you have withdrawn consent/objected to their processing and there is no other basis for processing them;
the processing of the data is recognised as unlawful;
national or European law so requires;
5.4. request that the processing of your personal data be restricted in any of the following cases:
where you dispute the accuracy of your personal data for the period necessary for EKOTOI to verify the accuracy of the data;
an unlawful processing has been identified but you only wish to restrict the processing of your data instead of having it deleted;
you wish your personal data to be retained even though EKOTOI no longer needs it for the purposes of the processing as you will use it to establish, exercise or defend your legal claims;
if you object to the processing of your personal data for the duration of the validity check;
5.5. to request the transfer of your personal data concerning you which you have provided to us, including the receipt of it by EKOTOI in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and its transfer to another data controller. Your right to portability concerns personal data for which the following conditions apply:
the processing is based on your explicit consent or a contractual obligation; and

5.6. to object to EKOTOI, at any time and for your personal reasons in the light of the particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on the need to perform a task of public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in us or which we have indicated that we are processing for our legitimate interest. Where the objection raised is to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, EKOTOI will cease processing for that purpose. Where the objection raised is to the processing of your personal data for other purposes, EKOTOI will respond to you within a reasonable period, but not exceeding one month, whether it considers the same to be justified and, accordingly, whether it will cease processing the relevant personal data for those purposes.
5.7. to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, where the processing is based on your consent, by stating your explicit wish through the commercial network and communication channels with EKOTOI.
5.8. to send a complaint to the Data Protection Commission in the event that you consider that your rights in relation to the processing of your personal data have been violated. In the event that a specific method is not expressly stated, you should make an express written request to any EKOTOI outlet to exercise your rights.
In order to enter into a contract with you and to provide you with the goods and/or services you have requested, we need certain data that are necessary for the conclusion and performance of the relevant contract, as well as for the performance of EKOTOI regulatory obligations. Failure to provide the following data prevents EKOTOI from concluding a contract with you:
- three names, personal identification number or alien identification number, address;
